Transcription on WebWright is billed by audio duration, not by text tokens. It is also included free on the Premium pay-as-you-go tier. That is the whole pricing statement: WebWright publishes no separate per-minute transcription rate, so there is no rate card to compare and no per-minute meter to watch on Premium.

You use the same API key and the same base URL for transcription and for chat.

Transcribe a file

POST /v1/audio/transcriptions accepts a multipart/form-data upload. Send the file and the model, and choose a response format.

Supported response_format values are json (default), text, srt, vtt, and verbose_json. Optional fields are language, prompt, temperature, and timestamp_granularities[].

Then summarize it

The transcript is plain text, so the same key can pass it to POST /v1/chat/completions with wren-r1 for summaries, action items, or Q&A. One provider covers both steps.

Pricing

  • Transcription: billed by audio duration; included free on the Premium pay-as-you-go tier.
  • Chat tokens: Standard is $0.10 cache, $0.40 input, and $1.60 output per 1M tokens. Premium is twice those rates.
  • Subscriptions: trial free for 4 days, then Hobby at $9/month or Pro at $29/month.
