Last Updated: May 28, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," "User," or "Customer") and WebWright LLC, a Delaware limited liability company owned by RevivifAI Inc. ("WebWright," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the WebWright API platform and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

- "Input"
- Means any text, data, prompts, or other materials you submit to the Service for processing.
- "Output"
- Means any text, data, or other materials generated by the Service in response to your Input.
- "Token Rate"
- Means the per-million-token pricing tier (Standard or Premium) that determines both your subscription price and the cost of any overage Top-Up Fee under Section 4.3.
- "Top-Up Fee"
- Means the one-time charge applied to the card on file when your subscription's monthly token allowance is exhausted, as described in Section 4.3.
- "Subscription Plan"
- Means a fixed-fee pricing tier that includes a monthly allocation of tokens and associated features.
- "Token"
- Means the unit of measurement for API usage, where approximately 1,000 tokens equals 750 words in English. Both Input and Output consume tokens.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Age and Capacity Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3.2 Account Registration
To access the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and API Key
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
3.3 API Key Security
Your API Key is confidential and must not be shared, published, or exposed in public repositories. You are solely responsible for all usage of your API Key. If you believe your API Key has been compromised, you must immediately regenerate it through your account dashboard and contact our support team.
3.4 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, exhibit suspicious activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
4.1 Token Rates
All subscription pricing and overage Top-Up Fees are quoted at your selected Token Rate. WebWright offers the following Token Rates:
| Tier | Input Price | Output Price | Cache Hit Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $0.40 per 1M tokens | $1.60 per 1M tokens | $0.10 per 1M tokens |
| Premium | $0.80 per 1M tokens | $3.20 per 1M tokens | $0.20 per 1M tokens |
Token Rates may be modified with 30 days' notice. Token Rates are not separately metered or billed; they are realized through subscription fees (Section 4.2) and Top-Up Fees (Section 4.3).
4.2 Subscription Plans
WebWright offers the following subscription plans:
| Plan | Monthly Price | Input Limit | Output Limit | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hobby | $9/month | 5M tokens | 1M tokens | Basic support |
| Pro | $29/month | 25M tokens | 5M tokens | Priority support, Usage analytics |
| Team | $99/seat/month | 100M tokens | 20M tokens | Pooled usage, SSO, Analytics dashboard |
4.3 Overage Top-Up Fees
If you exceed your subscription plan's monthly Input or Output token allowance, we will automatically charge the card on file a one-time Top-Up Fee equal to the Hobby plan price at your current Token Rate (currently $9.00 USD at the Standard rate or $18.00 USD at the Premium rate).
Each successful Top-Up adds 5,000,000 Input tokens and 1,000,000 Output tokens to your allowance for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Top-Ups may occur multiple times within a single billing cycle if you continue to consume tokens after a prior Top-Up. Top-Up tokens do not roll over and are forfeited at the end of the billing cycle.
If a Top-Up Fee is declined by your payment provider, API access will be paused until your card is updated and the charge succeeds, or until the next billing cycle resets your allowance — whichever occurs first.
4.4 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
4.5 Price Changes
We may modify our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. API Usage and Rate Limits
5.1 Fair Use Policy
The Service is provided subject to a fair use policy. You agree not to abuse, overload, or otherwise strain the Service infrastructure. We may impose rate limits, throttling, or usage caps to ensure service quality for all users.
5.2 Rate Limits
Rate limits vary by plan tier and are subject to change. Current rate limits are documented in our API documentation. If you require higher rate limits, please contact our sales team to discuss enterprise options.
5.3 API Availability
